These terms apply to every visitor of volarileads.com and its associated subdomains, regardless of whether you are a customer, as well as to every holder of an account. The commercial arrangements between VolariLeads and its customers (such as pricing, lead quality, credits, and liability limits) are set out in a separate customer agreement accepted during onboarding. These terms do not replace or limit that customer agreement; the account-holder provisions below apply in addition to it.

VolariLeads is a B2B marketplace for buying verified, scored leads. The platform is sector-agnostic: businesses across a wide range of sectors purchase leads in their own field. VolariLeads is not a party to the agreement between a buyer and the underlying requester, and does not itself provide products or services to that requester.

The platform is intended for business users only. Creating a customer account requires a valid registration with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. You warrant that you are authorised to represent and bind the organisation you register on behalf of, that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you will inform VolariLeads without undue delay of any material change to it. You further warrant that neither your organisation nor its ultimate beneficial owners are subject to European Union, United Nations, or United States sanctions or appear on any sanctions or asset-freeze list.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Only one account is permitted per organisation. You will not create a new account after a previous account has been suspended or terminated without VolariLeads' prior written consent.

When using the website and platform, you agree to the following:

• No automated traffic, scraping, or crawling that violates these terms or the site's robots policy, and no techniques that adversely affect site performance or availability.
• No attempts to circumvent security, authentication, access, usage, or rate-limit measures, exploit vulnerabilities, or access accounts, data, or systems for which you have no authorisation.
• No uploading or transmission of content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or infringing, or that contains harmful code.
• No impersonation of persons or organisations and no false or misleading registration data.
• No use of the website or platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Dutch or European law.

Additional category and acceptable-use restrictions apply to customers under the customer agreement. In case of violation, VolariLeads reserves the right to restrict or terminate your access to the website or platform with immediate effect, without prejudice to its right to claim damages.

VolariLeads may suspend or terminate your access to the website, the platform, or your account, in whole or in part, at any time and at its discretion without prior notice, including in the event of a material breach, prohibited or improper use, fraudulent or incorrect registration data, or insolvency. VolariLeads may also suspend your access pending an investigation into an actual or suspected breach of these terms or the customer agreement; such a suspension does not constitute termination.

VolariLeads' exercise of its rights under this section does not entitle you to any compensation, indemnification, or lost profits.

When you create an account, you agree to receive service communications from VolariLeads relating to the website, the platform, and your account, including welcome, transactional, security, billing, legal, and account-status notifications, by email at the address registered to your account. Once you have provided a phone number, VolariLeads may contact you by telephone at that number at any time in connection with your account, your use of the platform, and the service. These communications are an integral part of the service, are not marketing, and cannot be disabled while your account is active. You may unsubscribe from optional marketing and product-update communications at any time.

All content on the website and platform (including text, designs, images, logos, software, databases, user interfaces, source code, and data visualisations), and all intellectual property rights therein, are and remain the property of Volari Group B.V. or its licensors. You may view the website content only for personal and business informational use. Reproduction, distribution, publication, or commercial exploitation without prior written consent is not permitted.

To the extent you have access to the platform, VolariLeads grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use it solely for your internal business operations. You will not: (a) copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the platform; (b) scrape, mirror, or otherwise systematically extract data from the platform beyond the functionality made available to you; (c) use the platform to develop, train, or improve a competing product or service, including any machine-learning or artificial-intelligence model; or (d) use the VolariLeads name, logo, or branding without prior written consent. Any feedback or suggestions you provide to VolariLeads may be used by VolariLeads without restriction or compensation.

We aim for continuous and correct operation of the website but make no guarantees about uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the extent permitted by law, VolariLeads is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, lost profits, or missed opportunities arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website. Any commercial liability limits between VolariLeads and its customers are set out in the customer agreement.

The processing of personal data via this website is governed by our privacy policy. By using the website, you confirm that you have read this privacy policy.

VolariLeads may update these terms from time to time. The most recent version is always available on this page; the date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

These terms and the use of the website are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, unless mandatory law designates a different competent court.

If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These terms, together with the privacy policy and, for customers, the customer agreement, constitute the entire agreement with respect to their subject matter. VolariLeads may transfer its rights and obligations under these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; you may not transfer your rights and obligations without VolariLeads' prior written consent. Notices to you are given via the email address registered to your account or via a notice on the website or platform.
